An Elegant San Francisco Wedding at The Flood Mansion Estate

Heather and James live in Los Angeles, but Heather knew she had to get married at the James Leary Flood Mansion in San Francisco: Heather went to school there. The Flood Mansion is home to the Sacred Heart School where Heather attended from a child to graduation and was very close to the staff. She got dressed in her old history classroom upstairs with the same wooden desks and wall maps which must have brought back lots of memories. Her wedding dress from Pronovias looked modern and sexy like the classic Marilyn Monroe white dress, and she slipped into her matching feathery Manolo Blahnik shoes that would make Carrie Bradshaw proud.

The wedding was an intimate affair of 80 guests. The food, lighting and floral design was provided by McCall’s Catering. Anna Williams from McCall’s catering was their wedding coordinator and always a pleasure to work with. The couple danced to their first song, “By Your Side” By Sade. A photo booth set up in the Duchesne Room of the Flood mansion was a lot of fun for guests to take their own pictures and give a copies to the couple and take home for themselves. Instead of traditional wedding cake, they had red velvet chocolate cupcakes provided by Sibby’s Cupcakery, absolutely delish. Invitations by Where’s the party? The guests danced the night away to music provided by Chris Williams (DJ services through McCall’s) and a great time was had by all. Click the image above to watch their Love Story!
